Delivery methods

1. SF Express

Any purchase of HK$300 or more can enjoy free delivery service (except remote location), less than HK$300, a HK$36 delivery fee will be charged.
Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. Overseas delivery services are not included.
Delivery service is only applicable to designated goods.
SF Express currently provides delivery services in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, except for remote areas.
- Monday to Saturday: Delivery time
  - 10:30 – 17:00
  - 18:00 – 23:00
SF Express adopts restricted time delivery to the following regions (except public holidays):
- Ma Wan designated delivery time: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (12:00 – 16:00)
- Discovery Bay designated delivery time: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (12:00 – 16:00)
- Tung Chung designated delivery time: every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (16:00 – 22:30)
SF Express currently does not deliver to the following regions:
- Islands District (Airport, Expo, Disney, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau)

2. 5D Express

Any purchase of HK$300 or more can enjoy free delivery service (except remote location), less than HK$300, a HK$36 delivery fee will be charged.
Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. Overseas delivery services are not included.
Delivery service is only applicable to designated goods.
Industrial address only, mainly covered Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, Tsuen Wan, Shek Mun, Fo Tan and Self Pick up point service.
Delivery time: Monday to Friday

3. Ala Bee Ex.

Any purchase of HK$300 or more can enjoy free delivery service (except remote location), less than HK$300, a HK$36 delivery fee will be charged.
Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. Overseas delivery services are not included.
Delivery service is only applicable to designated goods.
Ala Bee Ex. provides home address and industrial address delivery services, also the self-pick point.
Delivery time: Monday to Saturday 09:00-18:00
